These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sunday Company Group LLC (doing business as Dough) concerning your access to and use of the Dough platform, including our website at godough.co and the Dough mobile application.

Our services

Dough is a mobile application that helps users discover and curate food products they love. Users scan grocery products and participate in head-to-head product comparisons to build a personal taste profile. The platform uses this declared preference data to curate personalized product recommendations.

Aggregated and anonymized preference data may be used for food industry research and insights. Individual user data is never sold or shared in identifiable form.

Intellectual property

We own or license all intellectual property rights in our services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and content. These are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it in connection with operating and improving our services.

User representations

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that all information you provide is accurate, and that your use of the services complies with all applicable laws.

Prohibited activities

You may not use our services to:

• Artificially inflate product ratings or battle outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate preference rankings
• Scrape, extract, or reverse engineer platform data
• Submit false or misleading product information
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate battles or scan activity
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent brand affiliation
• Use the platform for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Attempt to de-anonymize other users or aggregated data sets

Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Company Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kings County, New York.
